I just bought a new lens for my D5. It’s not the best of the best, but it’s still extremely sharp. The focussing speed is awesome as well. The AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4.5-5.6 G is a decent lens for anything from gymnasiums to nature hikes. This lens also does a great portrait too.

I bought it to shoot my youngest daughter’s school concert, but is another tool in my photographic arsenal. I’ll post a few photos later today.

One morning, while my daughters were catching the bus, I saw this absolutely stunning sunrise. It was so beautiful, I couldn’t just let this moment pass, so I ran inside and grabbed my camera.
